Rudy’s Happier Hour Pick of the Week – Friday, April 15, 2022.
Hey friend, its me Rudy again. I am coming back at you with another Happier Hour pick for this week. It was another long day today out there on the brewery trail. My owner dragged me out with him along I-90 all the way to Snoqualmie Pass…too far. But all is good, because I made it home now and the beers are pouring. This weekend I’ll be lapping up some of the holiest of all waters. You cant go wrong with this classic from Sumerian Brewing, Holy Water IPA. Cheers, and Happy Easter 🙂
About Holy Water IPA:
Style: American IPA / ABV: 5.5% / IBU: 35
Clean crisp malt body, balanced with CITRA hops. Pouring tan with a creamy head. Lovely PNW hope nose of pine and citrus. Enticing and refreshing. The body follows through on the bouquet with pine and citrus, but also with more of an orange character. Good bitterness throughout. Medium-bodied.
